 Ebay, Amazon and....more Amazon!
"Ebay, Amazon and....more Amazon!" was Posted On: Wednesday, February 20, 2013 [at] 10:11 AM | Leave a Comment
I ordered for the first time from Ebay. I got sucked in by the awesome prices and the fact that I was capable of getting stuff I couldn't find here! I actually bought 4  items and won one in a very cheap auction and then went back to buy my camera's tripod. I also did some minor ordering on Amazon since it was around Christmas time anyway and I saw some cute stuff I wanted! So here's what I got from Ebay:

Inclined Clip-On Fringe | Bottom Eyelashes |
Leg Warmers | Betsey Johnson Necklace
The main point of going to Ebay was to find some cheap clip-on fringe to try out. I got this pair for $3 and they're perfect. The hair is actually pretty long, but I don't want to cut this one. I play to buy another one and cut it shorter so I can wear it across my forehead. I wear these kind of pushed to the side.

Before these I only owned one pair of false bottom lashes and I suck at putting them on, I wanted to practice putting more so I bought these for $2 and some change. I think everyone knows of these cheap Chinese lashes on Ebay. They're really nice quality though.

Even though I live in California I still have a collection of legwarmers. They're super cute, warm and can be worn as arm warmers too!

Lastly, this necklace! I love Betsey Johnson thanks to my aunt buying me one of her necklaces two Christmases ago. So when I saw this charm necklace I had to get it, plus I got it cheaper than I would've too have had to buy it from her website. There's another Jungle-themed one I plan to get. Her charm necklaces are the cutest.

Awesome gifts. That's my second whale phone charm!

Next was this sock bun maker I won in an auction. You ever have money and just want to spend it, because it was so little? No? Just me? Well that's how this got bought. I had about 0.89 cents left on my Paypal and decided before I got more money on there to see if I could use it. I found the only way to use that little of money is on auctions. That's how I found this. I bet 0.89 cents and got this. The amazing seller sent me a cute Christmas card, the little whale cell phone charm you see and a cute tattoos that's on the back of the thank you card. I'll definitely be ordering again from them.
How the sock bun looks. I like it. It's pretty quick to do and you can smooth your hair our like I did in the second picture. In the first picture I hadn't spread it around, Mine was in black though, so it's not noticeable in normal/natural light, only with the flash. The little maker feels like really rough wool. It's good for short hair as you can just tuck and it just fits soo no extra strands, but it's super small. I'd rather buy a clip-on sock bun so it looks fuller and bigger. I do like the way it looks in pictures though.
I ordered this cute little digital camera tripod a couple weeks ago. I wanted it so I could easily sit my camera for videos and pictures. Trust me you wouldn't believe what I'd use to imitate a tripod or how I'd prop my camera before, but that's a story for another day.

Soo I could shop on Amazon for everything! I seriously love their site. I use to use sites that paid you in giftcards of your choice and before I got onto PayPal I would get Amazon giftcards. I bought these items with a $50 gift card I got from my sister for my birthday and another $50 voucher I received from Daxon(you can read more about that in this post!).

So, I did some Christmas shopping and bought myself some cute stuff I wanted!

The two necklaces at the top were Christmas gifts for two of my sisters, I had actually bought mine first(the red one), because it looked like Hello Kitty's bow. I couldn't think of what to get one sister so I got her the silver necklace and the gold one reminded me of a lot of the colour schemes my sister has her jewelry in. The  foundations I bought, because I was looking for the perfect foundation and I think I found it. They're the L'Oreal True Match. I actually tried them, because they we're really cheap and I mean really cheap and I was like why not? Now, whenever I go to the store I look for L'Oreal. The item underneath was my scarf. I loved how it looked in the picture. It was long and pretty. It's not as long as it was in the picture, but I still love it,

Close-ups of the 3 items I got myself. I think I most love the scarf.
I also bought this hair creme to try. I only used it for about a week. Not long enough to notice any real difference, but it kept my scalp moisturized so I'll probably get more.

These were my favourite purchase. I've wanted a pair forever and I finally got them. I'm actually wearing them right now! They're soo warm and they aren't as big as you would think. I want to get some of the other designs, especially the love ones .  x

Last Christmas item I got was for my other older sister. Last year she said she wanted a flask, but didn't get one. So I bought her this one this year.  I actually saw a better one with the "Keep Calm and..." quote on it, but it was sold out Dx So she got this!

Lastly, I got this hat. It wasn't expensive and I really liked the fluffy pom-pom on top. I plan to get a full collection of them in different colours.

So a couple days ago my mum was paying her car insurance and her website offered her an Amazon giftcard for a feedback survey. She did the survey and got the card about a week ago. So, I made a decision to take some advice from Crystal and decided to buy my first wig. It actually just shipped on 02/20/13. It's suppose to get here between March and between April. I'm excited to try it out and hopefully wearing wigs for the next couple of months to years will help my hair grow. Also, since I bought a wig I did more shopping on Ebay and bought myself another knit beanie hat, 2 wig caps and some eyelash glue. So, I'm waiting for all of that to get here, plus I got another Influenster box coming. So all in all the end of February and beginning of March is looking good to me! Au revoir and have a great week!

Non-pictured items I also bought:
1. Earbud Headphones - Cheap crap. I didn't have a problem with them at first, but then everytime I would use them my iPod became possessed. It paused on it's own and played on it's own, and then it would go to voice control on it's own. So these now live somewhere in my room, but I forgot where I put them. It should've been in the trash :T
2. B12 Supplement - I use to take one dropper full every morning, but I haven't taken any recently. It really helps with the energy, and sometimes helps with hunger. I would take it in the morning and I'm never really hungry in the morning anyway, but I would be completely fine just drinking water and not eating until, atleast, dinner. Good supplements.
